Cutting grass

Spring is back and it's time to start doing the gardening. It's great this lawnmower toy - it floats across the grass and makes it shorter. I am driving my papa crazy as I dart in front of him and the lawnmower. There is no seat for me so I am taking a closer look by running in front.

UK trip

Don't I look big in this leatherchair - I am getting a free massage while I wait in the airport (actually nothing happened so I don't think my parents put any coin in...I'm looking forward to all the rides on the kiddie aeroplanes, cars, trains....it will come).

Here I am showing my balancing skills as I put "presents" (what are those?) one on top of each other. Oh yes, these presents are like building blocks. I'm in the new sitting room of grandma and 'tipa and I am with the men for this 'remaking' of Christmas event in March. The women are all in the kitchen preparing the large lunch including Auntie Vicky and cousin Lauren. Luckily Lauren is not so keen on her food so I get to eat even more. Thank you to all of you for my new presents.

Carnival!

Wow this leopard/cat is wanting to give me a big hug - and I just think it's funny! Here we are in Aachen for the yearly Carnival on the special day for kids so I got loads of toys and sweets throw from the floats. It was lots of fun and very colourful.

I am 10.46 kg and 78 cm tall.

Star Wars and FC Porto

I'm looking a bit dazed by all this focus on Porto - I thought it was a town but then they gave me a scarf and started chanting "Porto, Porto, Porto" that I think it's suppose to be a football team.
Hello Teddy - I am quite small compared to you but I'm enjoying sitting in your lap - at least I can pull and poke you without any reaction. Yeepeeee !!!!

So I am the same size as Yoda except I have much smaller ears and look much prettier. I have a movie even from my days in the cast of Star Wars.

Portuguese trip

What fun - i'ts March and I am running around in a T-shirt and shirt at the beach place Quinta Do Mar for Avo 60th Surprise Birthday Party. I was entertaining Avo and Avo in the morning along the beach and then we arrived at the appartment with +80 people waiting. I was a bit shy to start and then I got into the swing of the whole party :0)

Walking about

26th December I took my first big steps alone and 2 weeks later I am walking steadily on my feet across the kitchen. Now my mama and papa can hardly take photos of my face :-) Here I am playing football in the garden! What a lot of freedom I have now - it's great fun and I enjoy playing hide and seek with my parents. I have 7 teeth too.

Xmas

Getting into the Xmas spirit as a Father Christmas helper.

What? another hat I do not want to wear. Lots of pretty christmas trees in Portugal. Mama and Papa had 36 hours of cozy time visiting a few places like Guarda.

Back in Porto

Can you believe it - 15 degrees warmth at Christmas in Porto? I am spoilt by my aunt and uncle in Ribera.

Sint Niklaas

Here I am at my first Sint Niklaas' party at my parents work. I was not sure why I had to sit on the bearded man's lap but I was very happy with the balloons and my gift -a rider Bambi car - with a horn and lots of noisey tunes.

Dublin

Off to Ireland and back to the medieval times - I think I look quite cute in my new clothes. Papa has always wanted to be a knight. Papa met up with his football pals for a weekend of "drink, drink, drink...for a birthday celebration" - oops, mama asked me not to repeat what she said.

1 year old - Birthday PAAARTY!

It's my first birthday! I had loads of family and friends for the day. Mama had made a special cake with a blue train on top with the help of grandma and avo'. We had lots of food -full of calories (I still do not understand what those are ?*!) from greece and portugal with a few flavours from england and belgium - yummmmmmy. I especially liked playing with the balloons as bolas. We had streamers, teddy bear gifts and whistles. What an exciting first year - thank you for all the wonderful wishes.

Getting ready for winter

You caught me on a good day when I am happy to show off my big smile under my winter hat :-) Well, actually, I am just pulling off the hat... again... and again.... I don't see anyone else wearing one???

Oct 06 - Greek holidays!

I am enjoying travelling around the world - so many things to see! This picture was taken during our holidays in the Greek island of Rhodes.

World Cup fever!

World Cup fever is all around us, and today I had a very tough test... Portugal played England so I had to use my diplomatic skills to keep daddy and mummy happy!

On holidays in Portugal

I am now venturing into the sun, with my factor 40 suntan block and my hat. My parents showed me Porto, grandma+grandpa's beach place and we travelled for 2 days to Leira and Obidos -I spent a lot of time "bobbing" in front of my daddy and looking at everything... a real tourist.

7 months old - making friends

You can see me here at the creche, along all my older friends - I have been going there since I was 5 months and I'm having a great time there!

I am 71 cm tall and 8.1 kg heavy - well I think I have a good looking figure!

6 months old - studying hard!

As you can see, the only thing that I like more than reading a book is to show off for the camera!
