Comics

Finally made it to the Moof museum (opened 4 years ago), on large and small scale figurines of famous (and less famous...) Belgian cartoons.
My parents were impressed with my knowledge of Belgian comic strips, I know most of the characters by now (even obscure ones - all the way from 'A'gent 212 to 'Z'orglub). P
apá says my upbringing has been successful!

Stages

I loved two of my stages this summer. One was Laboratory and the other was activities including mini-golf, carting and going to Walibi. Very cool indeed :-) At Walibi I went on all the roller coaster rides even the one where my feet dangle below me. At the lab, I learnt how to make disappearing/appearing writing, separate muddy water into clean, what magnets are, made a volcano and made flying kites and fishing mini-rods.

England holidays

Spent 2.5 weeks in England with grandma and ti'pah. We went to Bath and had lovely lunch at Sally and John's with his dad who taught me painting. We drove back through Marlborough and stopped off at my favourite kind of food - italian; another day at home for fish and chips - well chips are my second favourite food.

England holidays - Henley

During time with Mamã and Papá we visited the traditional boat festival in Henley on Thames. There was some cool stuff with boats, royal rowing boat from Jubilee, cars, bikes, a jumble sale, this amphibian car in the background of the photo and RAF fighter jet helmet. Afterwards we met Josh, Chandni and Vivaan for lunch in pub.

WWII - Braine du chateau

.fast forward 130 years to WW II. Happy belated 4th of July to my American friends, a display of American WWII tanks, vehicles...next to lunch at
La Ferme Rose with grandma and ti'pah. We also saw an amazing collection of models. I asked loads of questions to the two gentleman patiently making them. My parents thought I might just make one myself - what spend all that time sitting quietly..
