Family photos

My mamã wanted to share some more fun photos so here are family photos from over the last few weeks. Grandma and Ti'pah came to Brussels in June and also helped rebuild the front of our garden but mamã and papá wanted them to also enjoy some of the beglium summer activities too - we went to folk country festival next to the Atomium, new museum in Antwerp and with Ti'pah to Gentsefest.
Also in Porto, I loved going to the Saint festivities and seeing all the very welcoming, loving family. I am also enjoyed swimming - I swam the whole length of the pool without stopping not only once but many times + i dived and touched the bottom of the shallow to the deep end and I swam across the width holding my breath :-)
I also learnt to use chopsticks and wanted to use them at every meal time.
Enjoy :-)

Train to UK :-)

Visited Grandma and Ti'pah with Mamã only. We took the Eurostar train to London - I like trains but did not understand that it was moving - I enjoyed eating, playing on the train and see a few cars/trucks outside passing by. Anutie Helena and Uncle Raymond met us - I was shy - not sure who those people are...At the house Lauren and Auntie Vicky also visited so I had a great play friend - we ran and ran around the garden, throwing and kicking balls.

UK trip

I am hiding as I was not feeling well, too much of a hang-over from the wedding party the night before...I put on a brave face as we met everyone but I was very happy to take my suitcase later and take the plane home to my warm bed. A 24 hour flu.

New Year

Mamã made loads of efforts for a special meal, she called it, with a special candle and cake. It seemed to be just an excuse to eat even more food, a continuation from the whole week. Now if you did not know already I have a very healthy diet and love my food. I am very good with my spoon and fork at mealtimes and now even eat all my vegetables (well, a few more than a few weeks ago). Tio and Tia came to visit too - lots of fun and playing with cars.

Christmas

Look at my Christmas creations - I like blowing the candle out (I remember all the fun from my birthday party...so actually I am not sure what the difference is between Christmas and Birthday as I get loads of presents at both). Here I am just about to dive over the presents and get the one present that caught my eye with Winnie the Pooh characters on it. Grandma and Teepah joined us for the holidays

Christmas - markets

Christmas markets are full of fun things -cars, fire engines, trucks that go around and around and around, up and down and people wave as I pass by :-). My parents and Grandma, Ti'pah seemed to enjoy more the chestnuts and presents (like a snake scarf for me) and mulled wine and all the light shows in Aachen, Brussels and Tournai... I suppose the latter interests will grow on me.

Christening - part II

There is more on the Christening... The moment before and after - a very friendly priest who took not much notice of Florian and I running around the chapel and Florian's banging on the radiator... But at the required moments, I was very well behaved.
I loved all the food and decorations. Here I am cutting my Christening cake.

Christening - part I

The number of people just kept growing at my Christening. I had loads of fun - a very happy time and Mama and Papa with lots of help from Grandma and " Teepah" in the garden and Tia Claudia, Auntie Vicky for the cooking and baby sitting.

Thank you all for coming and for all the gifts and for all the fun.

Where am I in this photo? I think I ran away as I'd had enough of posing all day...:-)

Brussels

The month of visitors with Grandma and 'Teepah' in the Grand Place; Garfield in his car in the local shopping area in Stokkel and then Tia Claudia and Tio Ricardo when they came to see the new Aerosoles shoe shops.

I'm growing fast. The hair is still short but thickening out. I love to run. I am very good at building blocks. I now say "night night" and put my toys away.

The warm weather continues and look at my smile. I'm having so much fun with songs, stories and cars.

UK trip

Don't I look big in this leatherchair - I am getting a free massage while I wait in the airport (actually nothing happened so I don't think my parents put any coin in...I'm looking forward to all the rides on the kiddie aeroplanes, cars, trains....it will come).

Here I am showing my balancing skills as I put "presents" (what are those?) one on top of each other. Oh yes, these presents are like building blocks. I'm in the new sitting room of grandma and 'tipa and I am with the men for this 'remaking' of Christmas event in March. The women are all in the kitchen preparing the large lunch including Auntie Vicky and cousin Lauren. Luckily Lauren is not so keen on her food so I get to eat even more. Thank you to all of you for my new presents.
