I did the usual toboggan at the end of the visit. Before we went to see the ice sculptures, we walked down the shopping street and into the main square, had one of my favourites for lunch Quick (or Mr Quick as I like to call it), and then saw a WW1 exhibition in the Belfry - lot of info on the German occupation and the trenches. We stopped for a healthy chocolate/coffee and promptly after one taste said I did not like my chocolate...We saw a chocolate nativity scene.
We also went into Brussels to watch Paddington Bear - superb, I laughed so much, also my parents. After we walked to the Grand Place and saw the light and sound show - pretty.
